Using professional expertise and proven Homestaging techniques, we can turn any space into a memorable space for the potential buyer. It is our goal to present your home in the best possible way so that the buyer will visualize the space as their home. Staging is an investment and it will cost you money to make money. Staged homes statistically sell faster and for more money than unstaged homes.
Step 1: Consultation
A consultation is typically 3 - 3 1/2 hours at a rate of $165.00 (plus tax) . Any unused time up to the 3 hours may be used towards showcasing, further decor consulting, preparation, or decor shopping.
Consultations are also available hourly at a rate of $55.00 (plus tax)
Step 1b: The Mini Consultation
The Mini Consultation is available for the homeowner who feels they just need a little advice regarding decluttering, organizing, accessorizing, as well as removing, adding or movement of furniture.
This service is available hourly at a rate of $55.00 (plus tax)
Step 2: Project Management
The Homeowner is now ready to implement some or all of the recommendations given by our CSP. The Homeowner may solely complete these on a priority basis, work as a team with our CSP or contract out certain jobs. This is the step in the Staging process that can be the most costly, depending on the work done. “Do–it-yourself-ers” save money in this stage. Any expenses, services, consulting, materials, rentals and labour will be paid for directly by the Homeowner. If the CSP is hired for any or part of this step, they will charge an hourly rate.
This service is available hourly at a rate of $45.00 (plus tax)
Step 3: Showcasing Your Home
At this point the CSP is ready to showcase the home based on the completed recommendations from Step 1. Fees vary between properties and are based on the following criteria:
- Square footage and number of rooms to be staged
- Styling the property
- Project management
- Team recruitment
- Shopping for accessories
- Planning
- Arrangement and removal of furniture
- De-staging
- Meeting rental deliveries
A typical 1600 - 2400 square foot home ( LR/GR, FR or Recreation Room, DR, Kitchen , Foyer, Hall/Stairs, Powder, Main Bath, Master/Ensuite, 2 Secondary Bedrooms) will range from $400.00 - $600.00.

Using innovative concepts we can refresh, refine and completely redesign your space in as little as just one day, attempting to use Homeowners accessories prior to buying new items. Hourly Rate
- Edit and rearrange your own furnishings
- Complete the scheme with items we select together
- Sourcing of needed items through wholesale and retail sources
- Room-by-room enhancement to finish the look
- Suggestions for painting, flooring, lighting and appliance upgrades or repairs
- Handyman service recommendations
- Landscaping and gardening recommendations
- Other recommendations may include: cleaning, window washing, removal of items, etc
This service is available hourly at a rate of $50.00(plus tax)
- Home Staging Benifits For Real Estate Professionals
- Open House Assistance: Your CSP will arrive at the home an hour before the open house/showing and will set the stage for a successful event. The property will be pampered and tidied as necessary.
- Partnership Packages: Packages are available for participating agents which include:
- Preferred multi - consultation rates
- Consultation Certificates to present to Clients
- Preferred property pampering rates for showings
- Discounts available to clients with participating vendors

- This service is typically done in four hour increments and can be performed at night or over the weekend.
