The Staging for this home was completed using many of the Homeowner's furnishings combined with rental furniture, artwork and accessories provided by the Stager.
Kitchen/Dining Area:
In the Dining Area we removed the oversized high table and replaced it with a glass table and high back leather chairs.
New barstools, artwork, curtains and accessories were rented to enhance this space.
Family Room:
The Family Room was organized, decluttered and appropriately accessorized with lighting and artwork to bring warmth to the room. Two chairs were rented to accompany the leather sofa set.
Dining Area:
This room was previously used as a storage room and was organized, decluttered and brought back to it's original function. The high table and chair set was brought in from the Kitchen and appropriate artwork and accessories were introduced to enhance this space.
Front Entrance:
The Entrance was decluttered and appropriately furnished to create that "wow" effect when entering the home.
Executive 2 Storey Orangeville Home
Family Room: In this room we removed excess furniture, painted and accessorized. Appropriate lighting was selected to enhance the overall mood of the room.
Living Room & Dining Room: The Dining Room area and the Living Room area of this long room were switched to properly accommodate the large table. The room was painted and accessorized to bring warmth and colour to the rooms.
Master Bedroom: In the Master Bedroom furniture was reorganized to enhance the layout of the room. New bedding and appropriate accessories were selected to brighten the room.
Main Foyer: The Front Entrance was enhance by replacing the smaller table and mirror with a new larger set. Appropriate accessories were added to bring the colour scheme into the area.
1960's Cambridge Bungalow
Other recommendations were given to the Homeowner beyond the Staging shown below. All of the Staging has been done using furniture and accessories from the home with the exception of a new dining room table and some prints.
Living Room: We switched the dated beige sofa and loveseat with the new black leather set from the Recreation Room to add warmth to the room. This room was also organized, decluttered and accessorized with existing items from the home.
Dining Room: The small wood and iron table set was replaced with a modern high top marble table and bar chairs (rental). Large artwork and minimal accessories were brought in from other areas of the home.
1990's Mississauga Two Storey
Other recommendations were given to the Homeowner beyond the Staging shown below. This home was Staged using only existing items in the home.
Dining Room: This room had been used as a Games Room and was brought back to its original function. The table was brought in from the Kitchen. The room was decluttered, organized and enhanced with appropriate artwork and accessories.
Living Room: The Living Room was organized and decluttered. Limited furniture was available to enhance this space.
Second Bedroom: In this room we removed the furniture, organized and decluttered.
Dining Area: This room has been decluttered, accessorized and organized. The smaller table has been brought in from the Dining Room and appropriate artwork was selected.
